The track features a relatively upbeat, funky instrumental and vocals, yet contrasting semi-depressing lyrics.

Throughout the song, Teezo is battling these abrupt, unaccountable changes of mood, whilst trying to remain happy by sarcastically singing about getting mood swings in the chorus.

Nearing the end of the song, the bridge takes a drastic turn. The instrumental and vocals transition from upbeat and funky, which maintained up until this point, to dreary and eerie within a blink of an eye, which finally matches the lyrics and subject matter of the entire track. This lasts for a short period of time, as when the bridge finishes, the song goes right back to sounding upbeat and funky, much like a mood swing.
