Nas – Jodeci Member Lyrics

Paying homage to a classic R&B duo, Nas envisions his own self and reminisces on the greatness of Jodeci, a legendary quartet whose debut album Forever My Lady released in 1991. “Jodeci Member” is the twelfth track on Magic 3, as Nas closes his historic album run with Hit-Boy on production with their sixth release in three years.

Jodeci has seen some significant praise from the Hip-Hop world in the past, most notably by Drake and J. Cole on their 2013 track “Jodeci Freestyle”, which was eventually re-released on Drizzy’s Care Package in 2019.
