“OKAY!” is the lead single to KayCyy’s upcoming debut studio album, WHO IS KAYCYY. The song is produced by the album’s executive producer, Gesaffelstein.

The song was first teased on November 27, 2021, where KayCyy took to an Instagram live session, showing nearly a minute of the song, previewing the chorus and his verse.

On December 2, 2021, KayCyy announced the album’s lead single, releasing a thirty second snippet of the song. Later that day, KayCyy announced that A$AP Rocky would land on the album’s version of the song.

On December 7, 2021, KayCyy announced the unfulfilled release date of the song in January of 2022.

On February 2, 2022, KayCyy teased on Instagram the official music video for the song, along with the track “The Sun.” KayCyy also posted the pre-order link to the song and revealed the release date.
