MAYBE IN ANOTHER LIFE is the second studio album by the Leicester-based quintet easy life, released on October 7th, 2022, through Island Records.

According to lead singer Murray Matravers, the album deals with the idea of consequences, decisions and regret – how things could have gone in another life.

Each song is stylized in capital letters, as well as the album title, in direct contrast to the band’s name, as well as the track-list on their former record life’s a beach.

BEESWAX, the lead single, was released April 19th, 2022, just under a year after their previous LP dropped – having a more dark, synth driven sound than the songs off of that release.

A month later, the second single DEAR MISS HOLLOWAY was released, with feature from BROCKHAMPTON’s Kevin Abstract, which was later joined by a feature from New Zealand singer-songwriter BENEE on the third single OTT.

The track ANTIFREEZE, featuring Gus Dapperton was released on September 14th, 2022, just a month before the album released, before FORTUNE COOKIE, the album’s closer, was dropped as the final single on October 4th, 3 days before the album’s release.
